Leg Press is better than Squats for leg development?

i stopped doing squats cuz i hate it, makes me exhausted, where as leg press does not after doing more research i found leg press supposedly works the legs better than squats. so then why do squats over leg press? for a pure leg development standpoint, leg press is the superior exercise no?

So I had a lightbulb moment today. Thinking of doing light squats just to build up the mobility in my shoulders the other day, I got to thinking…. Why not make squat walkouts a part of my regular max effort lower body training? Before my main lift, of course.

Is doing 6-8 daily sets of hand grippers to much volume?

I was thing about doing 2 light sets, 2 moderate sets, and 2 heavy sets along with a daily set of chin ups and tricep dips daily to help grow my arms a bit more effectiveltly. This is on top of my PPL split. Is the extra work listed above okay or unneeded extra work?
