Is there a such thing as underhand deadlifts?

Title says it all. Wondering if these are a thing at all, and if there would be any benefits to using a supinated grip in a deadlift. Using low weight to be on safe side and not chance a tear, could it be used as a potential compound to add to bicep work?

Z-press/ OHP alternative

What’s up guys? Looking for your thoughts on using the z-press as my main movement on shoulder day, with lighter seated Db OHP as my secondary lift. I was using it as my main lift, but My issue is that I have spinlock dumbbells and once I hit 90lbs and up, I have trouble getting them into position....

What exercises can be used to grow the upper lats (below posterior deltoid)
