Switched to Lowbar Squat, bench press affected

Dumbell Pullover

What muscles does this typical target more? Chest or Back? Or is it useful to use for both? As in a full body workouts where your doing 10-12 sets per week on best and chest you can do this exercise and say do 4 sets but it hits both so your Woking 14-16 sets for back & chest?
