Classic dumbbell vs barberll bench thread

I've been incline pressing (lowest setting though, so probably in between normal incline and flat) 105 lb dumbells for 5x5. I have to be able to bench 225 for at least a couple right? Haven't done barbell in forever cause no spotter and hate setting up in the squat rack.

Sumo squat depth

Why would it be harder for me to hit depth with a wide stance? It’s difficult for me not to A2G narrow squats, but I can only barely get the crease of my hip tonline up with the top of my knee with a wide stance. Hip flexor inflexibility?
