Question Why bench stuck?

Ok so I incline bench press 145 for 3,I weight 170 at 6'.I thought shoulders were problem and tried out dumbbell seated press with 35 and got 6 reps.Are shoulders problem,chest,triceps or upper body in general?

Can cardio improve the quality of my bulk?

Assuming i maintain the same calorie surplus. Will steady state cardio do anything in terms of directing the calories towards fat/muscle? Currently running 5 day ULPPL. Used to run 6 miles on my days off, now feeling a little lazy and not sure whether i'm getting all that much out of these runs...

Versa gripps - are these too small?
