Pain in feet during calf raises?

During calf raises I don't tend to feel much till the 8th set and after (I do 12 reps in total) but on the third set after that 8th rep instead of feeling the awful pain in calves people say they feel I just feel painfully burning sensation in my foot, I don't know if it's from bone or muscle....

Trying to lift a PB deadlift

Hi guys, I know this is a stupid question. Just want to hear your thoughts. So I want to see what I can deadlift next week. At the moment I exercise with 90kg, 3x8. What do you guys think I should attempt. Ps. I do have a personal trainer, this is just for curiosity.

Bench Press vs Chest Press

I am currently doing three full body workouts every week. For chest, I am sticking to weighted dips and Incline DB press on two days. I am wondering if it would be better to isolate the chest more with chest press machine or stick to regular BB bench press on the third day. Any suggestions?

My knees slip on the pad while using the assisted pull up machine, why is this?

Uneven mind muscle connection with lats?

Training to negative failure without a spotter

Is there any effect way to do this? I try to place extreme emphasis on the negative portion of the rep but it’s much harder to do without a spotter to assist in bringing the weight back up

Is it common to drop 9 reps between the first and last set of an exercise?
