How to stop tilting on for shoulder presses? Did a set of 4 with 115 lbs. Didn't felt too bad but I could feel my shoulders having a muscle imbalance. Any tips to fix it or is it just in my head? EDIT: also yes I know I messed up the unrack.

How close to lock out do you go with dips?

How close to lock out do you push. I've been stopping around a little past a quarter from the top, trying to stay where it feels the hardest. Down to a little past parallel and then up to around a quarter before lock out. However, I just read that the medial head of the triceps kicks in at the top.
