Body type/composition

Is it odd that being a mix of a mesomorph and endomorph that Im noticing muscle gain, and only have been bulking for a month? So far ive gained maybe 3 to 4 pounds, and my arms and neck look bigger, minimal fat gain as well

Incline bench, shoulder press... barbells/dumbbells

If a program would call for military press and incline Dumbbell Bench press, could it be beneficial to occasionally cycle in seated dumbbell shoulder press and incline barbell? Especially in the face of plateaus?

Bad Posture or Large Ribs?

Biceps. Single arm vs. double.

Post I've maxed my LP on OHP

Pull ups vs. pull down cable

I have switched from lat pull downs to assisted pull ups. My reason is that there’s no cheating, no torso bend to help. I do multiple grips to hit all the back. Much better results. Still learning after 40 years in the gym.
