Can you get abs by only doing planks

Hey guys i'm new to the forum and new to working out in general. I'm currently 15 years old and I don't have access to a gym so I was wondering if I could just do planks at home with a proper diet to get abs. And if not what exercises can I also do without adding weights? Thanks.

Tried front squats for the first time. My wrists felt like they were going to be ripped off. Bought lifting straps to hold to instead. Is this generally acceptable for front squats for people with poor wrist mobility?
