how to do exercises heavier ???

can anyone have some tips to do exercises more heavier, like dumbbell shoulder press i have done this exercise for 2 months but still maintain the weight at 17.5kg and barbell bench press my maximum is 15kg, i always eat enough protein perday, but i can't add more weight.

High Sets Vs Low Sets Squats
