How to incorporate bodyweight exercises into a routine?

When you lift is easier to make it harder, just increase the weight. But for something like push ups, burpees, crunches, pull ups, etc... how could you make them more effective without simply doing more?

Respectable Lifts at 10% Body Fat and 6'5

what are lifts at 10 percent body fat and 6'5 that are respectable. not incredible lifts like 700lb deadlifts, but ones that would make me "strong" for my size. numbers for deadlift,bench,squat and overhead press would help for goals to set for myself. any answers appreciated
