looking for a neck routine with a harness

cheers edit: well it’s obviously doing the “curl” on each side, and from side it’s awkward as ****. is it cool if i just go up and down on normal position? i assume that works the back most and the whole neck as well. or maybe i need it go each direction.

Side chest development

Can lift 90 lbs side with good form on bench just my side chest doesn’t pop out the way I would like it to. Is this due to fat or not effectively hitting my side chest ? Attempt to go deep on incline flys just seems to be hard to get a big chest. Looking for some tips on this if possible

How thick a rope for olympic plates?

I can't afford dumbbells atm, so am going to try and pull this off, hoping my grip is strong enough to hold the other end of a 20-kg plate at least. Thanks

Since the gym is closed I started to hit the bars instead, and I really like it, the pump makes you feel bulletproof, the day after my first day i was a different type of sore I have ever been. Are bands useless?

Since gyms are closed because of virus, I've been sticking to calisthenics like everyone to continue making gains. And I'm enjoying it, I think it's great I get to works on my pulls ups, push ups, dips, statics etc ans I've always been interested in bodyweight training. For chest, front delts and...

bench press cues

what are your best cues for the bench press?? I seem to be struggling with OVERtucking my elbows, making it more of a front delt and tricep exercise. when I try to tuck less and keep my arms 60-75 degrees I feel it a bit more in my shoulders. I keep my shoulder blades down and pinched, glutes...

Daily calisthenics detrimental to muscle retention?

Like everyone else here, my gym has been closed and I've gotten accustomed to doing chin ups, push ups, diamond pushups, shrimp squats, and inverted rows (from a table lol) almost every day. I do variations of exercises where I can't do more than 12 reps. If my main goal was to maintain strength...

Can I still run if I want to build muscle?

Hi I’m 17 years old and I’ve been lifting weights for about a year and a half. I’m also a wrestler so I need cardio but I usually rely on wrestling practice for that cardio. Due to this corona thing I can’t practice but I have a treadmill and weights in my basement. I’m wondering if it’s ok while...

Are leg raises enough for abs ?

Hello, i have a question. At the end of my training i always do hanging leg raises as exercise for abs and core. Many people told me, that leg raises alone are not enough for abs and i should add some "crunch" movement like sit-ups. Is this true, or leg raises alone (with good form) are enough ?...

Swimming in Morning & Lifting Weights in Evening: Will I gain Muscle?

Hi all: Over the past 2 years now, I have been making major gains in cardio (running, but more specifically swimming). I've had the luxury of having a swimming pool in my house, and now I swim an average 2-2.5 hours every morning (6 days a week). I know it's not sustainable, but i've been doing...
