looking for a neck routine with a harness

cheers edit: well it’s obviously doing the “curl” on each side, and from side it’s awkward as ****. is it cool if i just go up and down on normal position? i assume that works the back most and the whole neck as well. or maybe i need it go each direction.

Side chest development

Can lift 90 lbs side with good form on bench just my side chest doesn’t pop out the way I would like it to. Is this due to fat or not effectively hitting my side chest ? Attempt to go deep on incline flys just seems to be hard to get a big chest. Looking for some tips on this if possible

How thick a rope for olympic plates?

Diaphragm exercises for flat belly

Hi Diaphragm is a muscle. If i train the Diaphragm is going the get bigger? If yes my belly will look bigger and less flat. Of course a strong Diaphragm as a lot of benefits but I'm talking about aesthetics here not performances.

first time doing incline pushups to hit the lower chest. when doing these, should you tuck your elbows?
