Gyms closed losing gains ( home workout help)

Rhomboid exercises with barbel only?

Question Do you believe in “Myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic” hypertrophy?

Leg Press - Glutes or Quads?

Just wondering what leg press hits more typically, glutes or quads? My glutes are fried from leg press, much more than quads. Wondering if this could indicate a slight imbalance. Oddly enough my glutes don't feel worked super hard squatting or deadlifting.
