Unhappy Can't overhead press and probably soon bench press - need guidance please

Question Can I build muscle only using cable machine

I workout at home and I'm trying to bulk. I only have a full body cable machine, its called a bodicraft xpress pro which is what I workout on. I feel like since I don't do any compound movements I won't be able to build enough muscle. Any thoughts or comments to help me out.

Just had an epiphany!

I'm changing the 12 volt battery in my truck. It has a handle on top and weighs about 60 pounds. Since people are having a hard time getting to gyms with this pandemic, it would make a perfect kettlebell for a home workout.

Barbell back squats - soreness upper back to mid
