Question Can I fix my posture?

I have forward head posture, anterior pelvic tilt, and rounded shoulders. (Which means I have weak neck muscles, weak abs & weak back muscles). How many exercises do I need to correct this and how often should I do them? (I don't have access to a gym now, so only bodyweight exercises).

Balance rest of arm with my triceps

If I naturally have large triceps, would I build shoulders to balance my arms? If so, can I just throw shoulder work in twice a week at the end of my workouts? I normally don't do any isolation. I realize I have a lot of fat on my arms right now, but this is what I'm talking about. First pic...

Face pulls hurt forearms, unbearable pain

Hi, I've been battling tennis and golfers elbow in both arms since November last year. Yesterday, at the end of my leg/shoulder workout I wanted to try face pulls again but the pain was unbearable. It felt like a stabbing, pinching pain in my forearm (feels like brachioradialis specifically)...

Smile Dumbbell preacher curls vs Standing Dumbbell curls

This is my first post so this might be a newbie question. I've been lifting since May to get in a shape that's not round and started off doing preacher curls with a noticeable size and weight increase. I have switched to standing dumbbell curls after reading comments on this forum but I can't...

Exercises needed to tone and lose fat from glutes (butt).

Anyone know good stretches, exercises etcetera for toning and losing weight from the glutes (butt)? So I need exercises or stretches or whatever that tone and burn fat from the area, and that DON'T BUILD MORE MUSCLE in the glutes! Thanks.

Cardio=spot specific?

Is cardio spot specific? Say playing a sport or jogging/running, does it affect the lower body muscle size vs upper body?

Weird biceps genetics?

My biceps seems to be only developed on the lower insertion forming a bulge, it gets skinny on the way up, i don't like how it looks, is this just genetics or can be corrected with an exercise?

Relation between biceps size and how mcuh you can curl

I thought it would be interesting to ask this question. I know there are a couple of Y factors that affect X. Like genetics, muscle fibers, how long you have been trained and so on. However I'm curious how big your biceps are and how much you can curl. Me: 80 kg/ 176 lbs Biceps size: 38,6...

How to keep you knees from collapsing in on squats?

I've been working on squats a lot the past few weeks (made a thread about it and have been working on suggestions). I have been able to greatly improve form, and get down to parallel, but the issue I am having is my knees (most of the time its my right knee) will buckle inwards on the first half of...

Pain/discomfort/strain between shoulder blades

Hey, guys. I have once hurt my upper back doing single-arm dumbbell bicep curls with 1 dumbbell at a time. By the time it got to 22.5kg on the dumbbell, I do guess my torso was bending somewhat sideways to balance me against the unbalanced load pulling down only at one shoulder of the 2. At...

Outer, front elbow issue

Hey, guys. I'm sure everybody here knows the science of bodybuilding, and I really hope you can help me. I've been to a biokineticist and have been searching information on the internet for many months, but still can't resolve a problem. It is what I evaluated to be Tennis Elbow, but I'm...

arm isolation?

Unlikely most men who lift, I never spent time doing endless curls and whatnot. Now I want to focus on my arms, mostly from an aesthetic perspective. I thought a mix of dips, bench, chins, pullups and barbell curls would be enough. Dips alone seem to work all of my triceps nicely. I am not...

Romanian DeadLifts for not the most flexible people

After a long break, I got back into exercising and doing the Fierce 5 program that people here suggested I take. After having suffered an accident during my military days (Helicopter crash as pax), I was left with severe lumbar/spine/lower back problems, so seing things like RDLs on the training...

Heavy deadlifts, worth it in the long run?

I got my deadlifts up to 500 lbs 4x4. Physically i feel good but i am starting to wonder if it is worth pushing for 600+, seems like even with good form eventually something will have to give. I don't compete, i just like the high of setting pr's and my back developement.

Bench giving my shoulders hell

So, I've watched so many YouTube videos. Alan Thrall, Buff Dudes etc being the best. All of which recommend arched back, shoulder bladrs tight together and down, legs firmly on floor. Grip over elbow, come down horizontally to chest, dont flare etc. When I unrack I seem to have problems. I...

Unhappy Squat/Rdl back pain - formcheck please

Hey guys, Watched a lot of vids and been resetting weight on these quite a few times to focus on form but feel like I've hit a wall now on how much more I can improve these by myself. I feel some lower back pain when performing these lifts in the tailbone area or just above it. Experimented a...

Does the bench prefer lower reps moreso than other lifts?

Started a cycle with 15 rep sets (for the upper lifts, I'm not a sadist) and they're progressing proportionally similarly, except bench which is progressing at half the rate compared to when I was doing 10-12 reps. I am not a bench specialist and also remember Dr. Mike Ish saying the bench...
