Wink Any exercises to strengthen weak arm

Ive noticed that my left arm is significantly weaker and less toned then my right. My right bicep is way larger and stronger than my left. I do the same weights on both and same amount of reps. Should I be trying to lift heavier with my left? Thanks,

Bench press strength plateau

I’ve been stuck at 215 lbs on flat bench for a while now. On my other lifts, I can put 10 lbs on my 1RM pretty frequently, but my bench hasn’t improved for months, and I keep failing at 225. Any tips on how to bust out of this plateau?

Valgus Knee

Straight bar to trap bar deadlift ratio

I hit 425 on trap bar deadlift today, much more than what I can do with a straight bar. What is the typical ratio between these two exercises regarding how much weight one can lift?

I just did 226 push-ups (301 if you count the warmup) Warmup- 25 regular pushups 25 push-ups with my legs elevated on a chair 25 push-ups with my upper body elevated on a table Working sets (all done to failure)

Rack pulls

Are rack pulls a good substitute for deadlifts? I dont want to destroy my floors. I have those cheap puzzle mats but theyre not going to protect it from the weight im lifting. I was thinking if i put safeties on lowest setting it would be more of deadlift.

I'm only fairly certain that I'm not generating momentum with my body to complete the movement, but with my last reps, trying to hit the same amount as the last set, it seems easier somehow with a simultaneous bent-knee leg-raise. Unhappy bench plateau

Running before strength workouts or vice versa?

Progression question

I was unable to do one arm dumbell row 25 kg dumbell the first time for 10 reps. The next session i was sucessfull at doing so but the next time i did i was still stuck at 10. It didnt get any lighter. For it to get ligther do i need to up the weight to 30 kg now?
