What are some exercises which are effective yet won't damage your articulations

How much sleep needed for a 15yr old?

I'm 15 and pretty active during the day. I know that adults need about 7 to 8 hours sleep at least on average. Will I need the same amount or more since I'm younger?

Question Best exercises for traps and rhomboids that avoid lat growth (width/thickness)

Hello, was wondering if anyone could recommend exercises that specifically target only the upper portion of my back. Have a small frame and would like to avoid too much width and thickness. Body is very responsive to lat stimulation and grew too wide for my body size. Thanks.
