Legs are killing me, help!

How can I break this cycle? I would also love to be able to see some gains in my squat. I'm trying to get under...

Squats for a tall guy and knee health

I've been lifting since I was a teenager and I love to play sports. My dad was a competitive powerlifter in his earlier years and taught me the importance of form from the get-go; he also guided me towards squats and deadlifts as the ultimate exercises. Here's the problem: I'm 6'3", whereas my...

Question Engaging Lats During Deadlift

Bad genetics or just not training hard enough???

Hey guys I’m new here but having an issue. I’ve been working out for awhile now. Put on muscle all around except for my calves. I’ve been hitting them hard with calf raises and biking, but they just won’t grow. Eventually I settled on the fact that I just have bad genetics, but both of my brothers,...

barbell calf raise tips?

No access to machines so have to make do with what i have. I find that I expend a lot of energy just trying to balance myself. I do them on 2 25lb plates and really try and stand on my big toe. Any other tips for maximum contraction? Or any other variations I can do with a barbell.

I'm not exactly sure why after stretching my calves, which were very tight and now extremely relaxed, led me to having odd discomfort of my right knee. I could deadlift fine today, but went to do some squats and felt discomfort so didn't even bother squatting. I really hope knee is 100% better...
