Why is my bench so weak compared to OHP?

Incline leg raises are very difficult for me to do. Are my abs really that weak?

In the first set I can barely get to 10 reps before failure, and on subsequent sets I can only reach 5 or 6 reps max, resting around 1 minute between each set. And this is without adding any resistance. Is it normal to be able to do such few reps on this particular exercise?

Feeling no DOMS at all

I never feel DOMS at all, every workout If I feel I haven't done enough I carry on until I can't do another set but I feel no soreness the day after, as if it never happened. Even about an hour post workout the soreness is gone.

What is the effect of having 2 leg days?

Is it ok for me to have another leg day alongside one pull and one push day? I also train shoulders on one of these leg days. One is heavier, the other is for volume. Will having two make my upper legs disproportionately large compared to my upper body and calves?

Hip abductor / adductor
