Is running bad for building muscle and burning fat?

How do you keep body straight/upright during weighted dips?

So Im at the point where my bodyweight isn’t heavy enough for my dips anymore, so I added a 25lb plate with with a weight belt, but now I can’t keep my body straight to target triceps. Any suggestions?

Unhappy Pushups - How Often?

Unexplained hip pain during bench press
