Question about Fierce 5 substitutes.

In the original thread, Davis said “Front Squat/RDL-You have to swap both for a Deadlift and a leg curl.” At the same time, Leg Press is a viable sub for Front Squats. I intend on practicing Front Squats but is this exercise replacable with Leg Press while RDLs are replaced by DL AND leg curl? ...

Squat more than Deadlift. Why?

For the life of me, I can’t figure out why I can squat more than I can deadlift. I’m cutting now but while bulking I was squatting 320 lbs and deadlifting 250. Even while cutting I’m still squatting more and it just seems easier than DL. Could the reason be because I’m working out at lousy...

Hang Clean

I know the hang clean incorporates lower body & back (mainly the traps) but which head of the deltoid is used front or mid delt? Just curious if on hang clean days i should lower the volume on side laterals that isolate side delts.

Will putting on muscle bulk stop veiny arms?

Unhappy Elbow pain from weighted dips

I was working weighted dips, started a pain in the elbow at one training,It seems when I get down to something in the elbow crack,and the elbow seemed to be stiff in a moment. Is there any solution without stopping them from working because I'm preparing for the competition?

Is "cardio kills gains" just broscience?

Would doing high intensity running 3x a week for 15 mins affect my gains? Does it actually build any muscle on its own or is it just purely cardiovascular? Is there any time you should do it e.g. away from leg day or not?

Bent Over Rows Alternative

Split squat/back squat ratio?

Hey what's your split squat/back squat ratio, and what should it be? Wondering cuz my split squat weight is ~80% of my back squat weight, and that seems odd considering split squat can't get much assistance from the back leg. (or maybe it can?)

I got a new PR but can't do any weight below it for a couple reps?

The other day I got a new 1 rep max for bench press. I did 185 and was proud of myself. I took weight off, rested about 5 minutes, then put 175. Oddly, I wasn't able to even do 2 reps! I was confused so I settled on 160 for 4 reps. Now, I haven't tested myself for a new max or to even see...
