Hi a week ago I started doing lying leg curls but I have a problem with this exercise on the machine it's written to keep the hips on the pad while lifting but I can't do that whenever I curl my lower back goes up and the weight doesn't affect that because it happens even with 1 plate. Is that ok?

Question Best exercises for traps and rhomboids that avoid lat growth (width/thickness)

Hello, was wondering if anyone could recommend exercises that specifically target only the upper portion of my back. Have a small frame and would like to avoid too much width and thickness. Body is very responsive to lat stimulation and grew too wide for my body size. Thanks.

Can Reverse Lunges with a Barbell Rival Barbell Squats for Muscle Gain?

Title asks it. I've debated this with a few friends and would love some additional opinions. I know squats the "King" of exercises according to some, but reverse lunges with a decently loaded barbell can present a similar challenge. Thoughts?
