I've been thinking about joining the gym for years, always finding excuses like not having enough time or it being too far away or too difficult. But 17 days ago, I finally made the decision to join and start working out, and I'm going all in, pushing myself really hard. Today is day 16, and it feels like just the start of something big. #Terminator

BODY BEAST Bulk Arms: Triceps and Biceps 50 min Morning Work. Week Four on Weight Lifting Body Building Training. EARLY MORNING WWORKOUT! Progression in upper body building to rebuild, reform, reshape. Reconstruct on Body Beast. This has been my base workouts since 2015. I later take a rest for a season and train other routines for progression physical training. Never do the same workouts to only reach a plateau.
