Countdown 34days. Head and heart played havic today 😐 have gone over on cals but im happy that my choices were all protein based. Rest day cancelled. 20min cardio tonight. Chest and Tris. Put my gloves and wraps in wash and forgot to replace with spares; so had to go raw
