Today I did my lower body workout quads hamstrings glutes calves abductors adductors and my core muscles I give god all the praise and glory for helping me push myself through it all safely and correctly and most importantly all in his glorious name for helping me and my knee not hurting me nor giving me a fit like yesterday I didn’t wanna be lazy but I didn’t wanna do it and make my knee worse and really hurt myself I thank god for helping me push myself through it all today and do it all safely and correctly and most importantly all in his glorious name for helping me I hope everyone has a great blessed safe day and remember today 80 years ago D-Day took place I hope everyone has a great blessed safe day.
