Hi Ya’ll - just putting this out there because I get this question a lot. I use the BodyFit app and have been for about 5 years. I highly recommend it, $10 a month or $50 a year, a lot programs available and you get a discout on BodyBuilding.com. So if you are looking for a new program keep this in mind. In my honest opinion, it pays for itself.

So did an In Body scan at the gym today. Didn't expect this! 6.2‰ BF but dropped 10lbs. Granted, I injured my leg 2 weeks ago, took a week off and 2 weeks off creatine to cycle it. That 10 lbs is mostly water weight I'm guessing. Visceral (internal) fat I'm super happy about, 1 which is the lowest it can be.
