Hyperextensions: 1 x 30. Arm-curl machine, rotating handles: 3 x 15 regular @ 65. 3 x 15 hammer @ 50. DB wrist curls: 3 x 15 @ 20's. DB wrist extensions: 3 x 15 @ 10's. Reverse crunches: 3 x 20. Regular crunches, feet in air: 3 x 20. About 65 minutes with 1 brief halftime break.
