Two 90# bars, 3,300 feet. On my trek, in the back field, overcome with joy seeing the sun flower. So many be benefits can be had by walking two weighted bars outdoors. This is not “working out”, or puttin’ another one “in the books,” or “gettin’ it done,” or any variation of those. This is whole health, whole mind, whole “everything.” This and sled pushing are the reasons that my physical training has not stopped in my seventies. Look around your gym, maybe a few men and women 70+. Big box gyms are not gyms.
