55lbs down folks!! Ya boy has been taking it at a snail’s pace since my 2019 double leg injury. Am proud to say I am back and ready to give the 12 week Labrada program another go. I lost 20lbs doing it last March and am aiming for another 20+ this go! #whos_ready #im_ready #leggo 👋💪🤪
