Good evening fit fam. Legs today for my Thursday lunch escape. Late update. Did: 4 sets of V-squats, 4 sets of leg press (traditional sled), 4 sets of leg press (seated leg press), 4 sets of leg extensions, 4 sets of seated calf raises and 4 sets of both seated and lying leg curls. Happy numbers for today were 200 lbs x 10 on the V-squats and 135 x 10 on the leg extensions. Not my best but not bad. Hope that everyone had a great day. One more Friday freestyle to go til party time! Have a great night! Bob
