First run since my long run âfailureâ earlier in the week. I was dreading it but went out anyway. What an enjoyable run! Perhaps a sign that after a stumble its about dusting yourself off and DECIDING to continue on. PS Victoria, BC in Canada is incredible. 7 miles along the coast.

Good evening fit fam. Legs today for my Thursday lunch escape. Here's how it went. Did: 4 sets of V-squats, 4 sets of leg press (traditional sled), 4 sets of leg press (seated leg press), 4 sets of leg extensions, 4 sets of seated calf raises and 4 sets of seated leg curls. Threw in 50 weighted crunches for good measure. PR on the V-squats today with 290 lbs x 10. Legs were feeling strong. Knees were feeling good! Today is my Friday. Took tomorrow off from work to get a 4 day weekend. Yay! Heading to Tampa on Saturday for my usual shenanigans - but I'll be checking in. Have a great night and weekend everyone! Bob
