Today I finished the Shortcut to Strength program! It took me a lot longer than 12 weeks, but I did every **** session in the plan. I can undeniably lift heavier than I did at the beginning of this, and Iâm mighty proud of myself. I started going to the gym about 1.5 years ago, and while progress is slow, there is undeniable progress. This is the first time Ive managed to keep going for more than a few months. I say the hardest part is putting on my shoes: once Iâm at the gym, Iâm usually enjoying myself. Itâs amazing to see you are capable of more than you were, even just a month ago.
Keep showing up folks! Thanks for all the encouragement and community that you all have brought to me. I was skeptical, but it really does help.
