Today I did my fasted cardio pushups and core workout I give god all the praise and glory for blessing me with the strength and energy to push myself through it all safely and correctly and most importantly all in his glorious name for helping me and I guess that red velvet cake I had for my birthday helped put some pep in my step lol I tried to work it off and I did some pushups I thank god for helping me to do them and my lower back not hurt I hope everyone has a great blessed safe day and rest of the weekend and remember the real reason for this 3 day weekend.
