Motivaton Monday…. I am almost 50 and I dont feel like I have an existencial age crisis just because I am trying to look or feel younger. I read a comment (in other social media) where a guy look fit, hot and he is in his 50s….. I encourage to all to feel younger and fit!!! It is already hard to get older …. Well lets break the stereotypes on how a older person needs to look, act …. Women or men….. oh yes! Sorry is a thong pic… you dont like it please keep scrolling down!!!

The only usable squat rack was open, so I did some zerchers. I was a little rusty (more than a year), but muscle memory and strength helped.
