Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today for my Thursday lunch escape. Strength and isolation. Here's how it went. Did: 4 sets of cable iron crosses (facing the machine), 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of seated chest press (independent arm movement), 4 sets of pec flies on the pes deck, 4 sets of Hammer Strength Iso-lateral "wide chest", 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), 4 sets of seated triceps pushdowns, and 4 sets of two arm DB triceps kickbacks with a hammer curl finish. Happy numbers for today were: 135 lbs x 10 on the pec flies and 180 x 10 on the "wide chest". Looking forward to my freestyle Friday and wrapping up this abbreviated week!
