I recently joined LA fitness of national city today was a great session but also upsetting. Let me tell ya the tea. I had just put extra weight on my leg press when an employee came to tell me they’re closed i felt so bad i got the hours mixed up and thought they closed at 11. To not waste time i just got off the machine. i headed to the locker to get my things with my sister . Then i hear and employee on the speaker say “ we are closed get out or ill come and drag you out by your hair.” I was like wait whattt? They entered the locker i asked for their name thry said no we ate closed leave. I fallowed upset and again asked for thier names again they refused. I went to the chech in and once they came again asked for names they refused. I explained i found that comment extremely unprofessional and rude. They seriously didn’t care. At least i got a picture of one of them. My sister and i just left. I just joined this gym. Looks like I might have to change gyms 😞.
