I have coached/ worked with/ taught many people over the years. There have been those who have put in extra time and those who have missed workouts, only did what was required, and just went through the motions. There are those who are hungry to improve, and those who want to be the star on the play station screen. It makes me realize that "potential" is an overused @word. Either you do the work, and put in the time, or you don't. If you do the work, no matter what you do there is a self-satisfaction in knowing you did everything possible to become the best you can be, and if you don't, don't whine about the results in the end. There are a lot of "could have beens" walking this earth.
