Good evening fit fam. Legs today for my Thursday lunch escape. Here's how it went. Did: 4 sets of "V-squats" (facing away from the machine), 4 sets of leg press (traditional sled), 4 sets of leg press (seated leg press), 4 sets of leg extensions, 4 sets of seated calf raises and 4 sets of lying hammie curls. Happy numbers for today were: 210 lbs x 10 on the "V-squats" and 150 lbs x 10 on the leg extensions. Always happy to survive leg day with my lower back in tact! Hope that everyone had a great day. One more Friday freestyle to go til party time! Have a great night! Bob
