Good evening fit fam. It was freestyle Friday number 145 for my final lunch escape of the week. An unscripted, second go at some of my favorites. A final pump to welcome in the weekend. Did: 4 sets of seated barbell Military Press (done on a Smith machine), 4 sets of seated cable rows, 4 sets of straight arm/straight bar pulldowns, 4 sets of barbell shrugs, 4 sets of pec flies, 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), 4 sets of Hammer Strength iso-lateral "wide chest", 100 lying leg raises and one 60 second dragon flag hold. Happy numbers for today were: 200 lbs x 10 on the Hammer Strength "wide chest", 105 lbs x 10 on the machine Military Press and 205 lbs x 10 on the barbell shrugs. Really love that Hammer Strength Wide Chest unit! Your hands start off wide and end up close. Kind of like a cross between a press and a fly. Works the entire chest. Hope that everyone had a great day. Off to Tampa tomorrow for my usual weekend pool escape! Have a great night!
