Tired today. Worked 11 hours slanging 50-60 pound bags at work all day then came home to get this workout. TGIF. Im wiped but got to get some yard work done. Lol im too lazy to track this one today on here.

Watching COPS and got to thinking - if the gym isn't my first stop I take a water container and a container with a scoop of preworkout in the car with me.Hope that white powder is never confused with something else !!!
