MY GROWTH IS A CONTINUOUS 12-week cycle. EACH 12-weeks NEW GOALS ARE SET. This round I am working to regain muscle lost during COVID last 12-week round. Flabby skin left behind. Half way there and I like seeing some definition return so far! Onwards with these next 6-weeks! 2-DAY UPDATE: -THURSDAY- Yesterday hubby and I went to the Port Canaveral National Seashore Beach for 3 hours. I got in 5,000 steps on a beach walk. Then we went out & split a seafood for dinner. Came home and while hubby was napping I pumped out a 5-25 UBWO. - FRIDAY- Today I hit the gym for the 2nd LBWO this week. Used mostly DBs and for triceps used body weight for Bench Dips. Was pleased to reach Level 2, 3 and 4 peak heart rates!
