How can I learn to headbutt?

Remember in the world cup when Zidane knocked Materazzi over like a bowling pin? Well I have since then been interested in the head butt. I trained in TKD for 4 years, and we never learned that there, my sensei said something about head butts as disrespectful. Since then I have stopped TKD and...

How to get involved in MMA?

I'd like to get involved in MMA, or another type of combat sport where actual contact is involved. I'm relatively clueless (beyond the fact that I'm in good physical condition), could anyone point me in the right direction?

Is it true?

Today I was talkin to a couple boxers at my gym that I had just met and they asked me what I train for and I told them MMA and they started telling me MMA is really risky because you get the **** kicked out of you all the time and you get a lot of broken bones and when you get hurt it takes a long...

Anaerobic Training for Muay Thai

I need to work on that if i ever want to do a real fight. Just doing one exercise everyday would be a bit boring though, so... What exercises do you do? How long at what heart rate?
