Reducing lactic acid build up Has anyone ever heard of drinking bakeing soda and water, before your work out to help reduce lactic acid build up?? A friend told me about this, didn't do any research yet. If anyone tried it let me know. I'm going to try it as soon as my creatine cycle is on break and will repost what I think. need a non milk muscule building protein drink My son is entering high school and in a highly competative sports program. He currently works out three times a week and is looking to build muscle. He is extremely allergic to all milk products. His trainer wants him to build muscle and suggested a protein shake or equivalent. Is there an unwritten law to ONE sponsored supplement log at a time? I'm just curious if there is some sort of rule, or unwritten rule about running multiple sponsored supplement logs at the same time. I've run across someone that is currently running 4 sponsored logs at this time and is still applying for more logs.. NaNOvapor Anyone know how effective nanovapor is in terms of creatine content? I was about to restock on NO-xplod and maybe add in a stack of cellmass but the manager at GNC was telling me that nanovapor would have around the same effectiveness as a NO-xplod/cellmass stack. apparently i'm huge in Taiwan I'm finally getting settled in after returning home from my trip to Taiwan. Got to meet the girlfriend's family and took a tour of the entire island.
