I woke up today with such sore legs I didn't wanna move plus I have the flu. But I still didnt miss eating, taking my supps, or miss working out. Everything I eat or drink feels like it might come back up. I also had no energy at all. Drinking my PW intra really didnt help things out either....

I dont know the best timing for taking fat burners. I've been suggested to take them upon waking and before w/o. The fat burner suggests to take them 1/2 hr to 1hr b4 meals. Upon waking I consume a whey to cease the overnight catabolism. Would consuming the fat burner at the same time be O.K.?...
