45 and Not Dead Yet

Little background, lifted (mostly Power) in my teen till mid 30'S. Served in multiple military campaign, survived a motorcycle crash (was clinically dead for a minute or two), have had a multitude fractures, tears, ruptures, burns, lacerations, degeneration, replacement parts, health issue, etc.....
