Post Starting over 3 day full body periodization fatter to fitter with diet overview

Started in Jan after a long hiatus due to laziness and having a few kids. Started doing Monday Thursday full body now upping to Monday Wednesday Friday full body high intensity cardio Tuesday and Thursday (30 minutes at 80-85% max heart rate) and usually some hiking on the weekends with the family....
