Dumbbell Only Workout Routine for a 32 Year Old.

High bar squat form

Exclamation Should I Do Different Exercises Each Workout ?

Hello guys so i wan`t to know is it better to do different exercises each workout or same same same exercises? like if i doing in my split - Lat Pulldowns first, so another workout i did barbell row or pullups or chin ups whatever... is this much better to change exercises? Thank you!
