Question Routine query

Hi guys, Just a quick question on whether it’s possible for me to workout shoulders Saturday or not. Monday - Legs Tuesday - back and biceps Today - chest triceps So is 48 hours enough rest to hit shoulders as obviously shoulders are used a lot in a chest and tri workout? Thanks!

Dumbbell training.

Currently I use barbell for bench, OHP and rows. Would it be beneficial to switch over to dumbbells for a period of time? Work on unilateral strength, stabilizers, increased range of motion in order to push my numbers higher? Or is specificity more important and keep using the barbell?

Pyramid Training - Going to failure on EACH set or just the last?

Something has been playing on my mind recently about pyramid training, and it's the fact that the majority of articles I've read online about it say that whilst you may be pyramiding, it is only the LAST set which is a true work set, and one that you should go to failure on. The articles I've read...

Poll Poll: One Specific Rep Range Vs Multiple Rep Ranges Per Workout?

Is this a good full-body workout program?

Hey, I did the basic workouts in the stickies for sometime and decided to personalize it a bit. What do you think - any feedback? (Still relatively new to lifting). Maybe I should add reverse Lunges somewhere? I workout every other day (A, B, A, etc.) Do 4x6 for most of the exercises but not...

Lee Labrada's 12-Week Lean Body Trainer Excel Workout Log

This is a great site and I've created an Excel workbook for the Lee Labrada's 12-Week Lean Body Trainer. I find that it is easier to upload it to Google Drive (or similar app) that can read worksheets and use my phone to put my workout information in the log as I'm working out. Once I get home, I...
