recommend me a killer 2x / day workout

Question Chest supported T-Bar row?

What exercises is the closest i can get to a chest supported t bar row (wide grip for upper back) My gym dont have the machine, been thinking pendlay rows is pretty similar. I also got this low row machine at my gym, would the wider grip on it be good for upper back like the t bar row Here...

Smile Bulk up without love handles

Hey guys, I’m 5’10”, 182lbs and I’m still trying to bulk up—the only problem is that I’ve added a considerable amount of body fat to my stomach/love handles. Is there a way I can avoid this in bulking with something like HIIT cardio? I eat 5-6 meals a day with about 60-80g of carbs per meal. Thanks.
