does this seem like a good program for a novice level lifter?

i assume it's good, but 8 exercises seems like a lot. is that not too many? i've been lifting semi-consistently for about 3 years, but i eat at a calorie deficit and haven't gotten much stronger, so i still lift at a novice level. also, does the rest time seem right? i thought about 45 secs to...

Question Dumbell nonresponder workout?

my lats are never sore the next day, ive tried doing 3 second eccentric, i always feel it in my lats when i do rows, but im never sore the next day. i do two Dumbell row drop set (12 rep max, 3-4 drops down in weight)

Full body workout scheduling

I noticed that most full body programs have workouts on monday, wednesday, and friday. Would it make a difference doing it monday, thursday and saturday? It fits my schedule much better this way.
