Smile Making cardio fun

Hi guys, interested to know how guys go about making cardio enjoyable. What type of cardio do you and how do you enjoy it more? Or do you just do it when necessary and simply don’t enjoy it? Also do you do cardio on rest days or after weights?? Thanks!

SL 5X5, wait time between sets

Newish lifter here, started back in March and decided on Stronglift 5x5 to start with. Been pretty easy so far but recently banged my knee at work pretty bad and it's making bending over or squatting down pretty difficult. Usually the wait time is 1:30min if easy, 3:00 if hard and 5:00 if failed....
