About main lifts reps on Fierce5

I'm running U/L but I've no access to micro plates and my gym doesn't allow for chains or something to increase weight on OHP or Bench. Smallest plates are 5lbs Would it be fine to switch to 5x3 with 10lbs added instead of the suggested 3x5 with 5lbs on upper body main lifts?
