It would be my opinion that there be a choice to choose more sets than six. There are times that i do close to 9-10 sets of an exercise b/c they are pyramid workouts.

Has anyone upgraded their BodyGroup to the new Forum Format?? I can't see to find any settings or switches to set this up. I would have thought the groups would be updated to the new format at the system level. Thanks, Glenn

I think it would be a great idea to include a search filter for bodyspace that sorts results by last active. I've tried to search for people in my area and some have lots of bodyspace hits (the current sorting criteria) but haven't been on the site in months if not years. Not much point of msging...

I am new to the bb community, but I have not seen anyone with a diet tracker on bodyspace. It would be nice to see how some of these incredibly lean people eat! If there is a way to incorporate a fitday account with bodyspace or something like that please let me know! I run into diet dilemas...

This site is great I just have a few ideas to make it better. We know its all a bodybuilding site but still; it does have to do with athletics and overall training lifestyles.... I think you should make shirts available where you can customize it with your bodyspace name. So it would say somethin like B-Neva @ bodyspace etc... I think for events like the Olympia and Arnold people would buy these and it would make it a lot easier to spot people from the site at the events....

When copying workouts to a new day, is it possible to somehow have the weight and reps moved as well?

I entered my height in metric 1.88m, but when i clicked save it changed it to 7feet or something, i had to change the measures back to US and i entered 6'2", and that works. Just thought I'd let the guys at bb.com know

When I workout I scratch my max lift numbers on piece of paper along with the number of reps that I did. I then come to bodyspace and put in the numbers times the reps and bodyspace calculates the 1 rep max. The problem is that I can never go back in BS and see the original weight or reps. So...

i use the old layout for the forum and the edit button for posts is the old graphic.

i think that we should have contest for the best transformations. or something of that nature. and they winner should be able to get one product of there choice. or have like a monthly drawing that everyone enters then at the end of them month you draw three names randomly and those three winners...

Hi, my first suggestion is to have a 23.5 hour cooldown for reps, as opposed to 24 hours. I don't know anything about the coding, but I'm assuming it would just be changing 1 number. ie. current: 86400 seconds (24 hours) to proposed: 84600 seconds (23 1/2 hours)

Recently I placed a order from BB.com and as always I get it the next day :) when I opened the package I noticed that the product that I had ordered was not in there I ordered higher power glut but rcvd higher power creatien so I called bb.com to advise them of this the sent out the correct product...

I don't know if there is already a forum for this but I thought it would be cool if we had a place were we could sell all things to do with working out such as gym bags, posters, supps that we have, and all sorts of work out gear. Well that's my idea hope it can happen
