Hello, I'm a beginner lifter and I've been following the Ice cream 5x5 training routine. I have gotten much stronger in a month. These are my max. Bench:150 (rep 5 with 125) Squat:185 (rep 5 with 165) Deadlift:265 (rep 5 with 205) Bent over row: 155 (rep 5 with 115) So, here's my questions....
