1.5 months progress too less?

I have been lifting continuously for 2.5 months now, had been on and off the gym before. I had my first BCA on 1 june i.e. 1.5 months ago and then today. I’ve just gained 0.1kg of SMM along with 0.1kg of Bodyfat in that period. I reckon thats too low right? Also, almost no changes in measurements....
